Art Journal

So Much More

Pardon me while I dust off this ole blog lol Life just happens sometimes, doesn’t it?

I’ve been madly creating these past few weeks, and have a bunch of new art to share with you all, along with a few little projects in the works…but more on that at the end of the month! Today, I have an art journal page to share with you all.

I tried out some new paints, new stencils, and even a new to me colour combo on this page, and I am loving the results! I think I am addicted to Dina Wakley’s new paint in the Night colour – totally gorgeous! I also gelli printed directly into my journal for this spread and I was surprisingly pleased with the results. Will definitely try it again.

    1. Hey sweetie! That was a Dina Wakley stencil, used with a gelli plate. So much fun! Hoping to do some how to vids if my tripod ever gets here lol

  1. Beautiful journal page and one of my favorite color combinations. I used it a lot this spring. I haven’t tried gelli printing right into my journal yet. I usually pull prints with deli paper and then glue them down with gel medium. the deli paper is very transparent. I’m here from Julie FFB’s blog.
